Cookies and Authentication

• __session: This cookie is used to authenticate users when they access secure parts of the application on the web. The JWT token is encrypted and does not contain any personally identifiable information. It is used for authentication purposes only.

• crisp-client/\*: Cookies used by our crisp chat solution. They are all the cookies that are required so that the Crisp Chat works and is able to restore a visitor message history. Without those cookies, the customer would have a new chat session everytime he switches to a new page, trigger messages would fire multiple times, and the chatbox would behave erratically. Note that we do not set any tracking cookie, all the cookies with the prefix crisp-client/ are used for technical or chatbox service purposes only;

Specific Features

The Questovery application offers several features that require the collection of personal data for their proper functioning.

• Creation and Customization of Quests and Stages:

Data such as text, images, audio recordings, videos and GPS locations of stages are collected with the aim of personalizing your quests and making them captivating and engaging. They are not directly linked to identifiable personal data but are free for the purposes of creating quests.

• Creation and Customization of Teams and Players:

Information such as team names, player names and team images is collected to allow you to personalize your teams and improve the gaming experience. This data is not directly linked to personally identifiable data, however it may contain personal data such as names or photos.

Billing information is collected to process payments and manage subscriptions. This information is provided directly by the user when subscribing to a subscription on the Stripe payment portal.
